Each day pairs a guided movement practice with a short reflection — meeting you wherever you’re starting from and pointing you somewhere better. “I built this for people on the fence about starting something. Five days isn’t long, but it’s long enough to feel what’s possible when you stop drifting and start showing up for yourself,” he says. Whether you’ve tried the gym, group training, or never moved with intention before, this challenge gives you a foundation you can actually keep — and a small taste of what life looks like when movement, stillness, and self-trust become part of how you live.

Tristan
Founder, Live Well Movement
Tristan founded Live Well Movement after years of his own search for what actually makes a life feel full. His coaching pulls from movement, stillness, nutrition, and self-understanding — built on three principles he keeps coming back to: creation, love, and curiosity.
He works with people who feel stuck — lost in a cycle that isn’t serving them, unsure how to make a change stick, or just sensing there’s more available than the version of life they’re currently inside. The goal is simple: give people something they can actually keep for the rest of their lives.
His belief: when you choose yourself, you love yourself; when you love yourself, you love life; and when you love life, life loves you back. Everything he teaches points back to that.
