60 minutes. We meet for either four or eight sessions, scheduled around your life.
You can book each session yourself when the timing feels right, or leave it to me to set dates that work for both of us.
The movement program is built around where you are right now. There’s no fitness level you need to start at.
Although diagnosing injuries is out of my scope of practice. Making progress in strength, capability and body awareness throughout all of its different areas, functions and ranges in a way that improves imbalances and weakness, is a solution I have found to be successful in helping many of my clients who found themselves in pain.
You’ll have a focus to embody, your movement program to follow, and full WhatsApp access if anything comes up.
Then the 12-session ideal self mentorship is the better fit. It covers the principles, lifestyle, and self-understanding alongside the movement work.
The goal is no. Everything I teach is meant to be kept and used without me — that’s the measure of whether the mentorship worked.
